Kitchen Design by Laura did such a wonderful job on my remodel. My husband and I purchased a condo in the Sarasota area and it needed a complete update.

I hired Kitchen Design by Laura to remodel my Anna Maria Island Home this past summer. My project was extensive with a kitchen, 2 baths, all new flooring and some other areas that needed to be addressed.
I live out of the area and was not going to be present on a daily basis to oversee my project, which is always a concern.
Kitchen Design by Laura had such an extensive reference list of at least 50 names that she provided on the first visit compared to a few from all the companies. I did check out her references and they all raved about her and her company, actually
inviting me over to look at their new kitchen or bathroom. After a diligent investigation of each company, getting to know Laura and her team was the deciding factor.
They were not only knowledgeable about every aspect of the project, they understood what I really wanted to achieve and brought it to a reality with me.
The project went smooth and timely and I had neighbors check in often and always reported back to me on how clean and neat it was, even with no one living on the property.
The final result: BEAUTIFUL!

Had complete remodel of vintage 1990 kitchen. Laura has an excellent eye and attention to detail, from the way you enter, leave the area about to be remodeled, from selection of materials, to installation, to completion of project, she stays involved from beginning to end and goes above and beyond to assure the client is completely satisfied, if the client is not satisfied, She is not satisfied. Laura took the vision we had for our home, and turned it into reality.

What Impressed us most about Laura, was the design she created and how well it met our needs. We now have the perfect storage space in our bathroom because Laura really listened and came up with solutions. Her estimate was professionally done, everything itemized. Even though we did go over our budget, we didn't mind, we knew the outcome would be worth it. Laura's employees are great, they almost always came on time and the work was very good, as was the quality. We also added things as we went along and they were very happy to accommodate us, thank you, Justin. We are ready to do our powder room now and are looking forward to using Laura again.

We had a subcontractor issue, but Laura quickly took care of it and to my satisfaction. The workmanship and the materials were what I expected, and I continue to enjoy my kitchen. I did not have a lot of space for her to work with, but Laura made the most of it for me with comfortable and stylish cabinetry, countertops, and sink hardware.

Many of us have worked with designers and contractors with whom we have had a daily conversations of do's and dont's. Not Laura!!!!! My wife and I have never been more pleased. From the start, she arrived at our condo and evaluated what we needed done and returned with great ideas and very clear layouts and digitally imagined appearances. We left to go North in May and Kitchens by Laura took over. During the period we were in Chicago, she was in constant touch with us, asking for our thoughts about choices and finally she solved a major problem, saving us from having to replace our floor because of tile differences. We arrived a few days ago and were totally in awe of the professional work that she and her contractor did. She's a one in a million!

Laura is an experienced professional and did a great job for us. Her good eye for picking materials was very helpful. She did a great job and scheduling/following up on work. Her contractors were all extremely competent at what they do (backsplash installation, electrical, countertop). She brought us peace of mind that the work would be first-class. The project took longer than anticipated, due to provider backups but this is to be expected in any job. No major glitches. We are thrilled with the look and functionality of our new kitchen and master bath spaces.

We knew in the first five or ten minutes that we wanted Laura Wallace to do our kitchen. She brings an energy and enthusiasm to the design and work that the other people we interviewed simply didn’t have. She’s professional and confident. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. Over the years we’ve dealt with many, many builders and contractors, and Kitchen Designs by Laura and Elements Construction we’re by far the best we’ve ever worked with. They treat their work as if it were their own home. No detail is overlooked or too small; nothing you point out is not dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. They return calls and/or text messages. Laura and her team are on time or let you know if they can’t be. Laura is a great because she tells you what she thinks and why she thinks it. She’s extremely efficient. We made the choices, but she guided us every step of the way from tile, to cabinets and handles, to countertop and sink, to lighting, to backsplash. Our backsplash was the last thing we picked out. We were going in a wholly different direction and had gotten a bunch of samples. Laura came over with the sample that was nothing like what we were looking at. She took the time of point out why that particular tile would be great for our kitchen, and guess what, it is. We love it Another example, Ed uses a wheelchair and there is a small threshold that transition from our kitchen tile to our hardwood floors in the family room. There was a tiny bump created by the previous threshold, so Justin (Elements) custom-made new thresholds, which made that little transition easier. We didn’t ask him to do that; he suggested it. Everything went well, finished ahead of schedule, very pleased with the new kitchen. There were no surprises. Very helpful making decisions along the way such as granite, drawer pulls, lightening, etc. her contractor was very easy to work it.

The design was excellent and construction went very well. Laura has great ideas and access to many resources. Laura and Justin were easy to work with, and as I was not present, I was happy that I could trust everyone to do a good job. The quality of the materials was very good, especially for the reasonable price of the remodel. The final kitchen is really spectacular.

At our first meeting with Kitchen Design by Laura – we knew she was the one for us. We had told our wants to others but the plans that they came with were theirs not ours! No one listened to what we were saying. When Laura Wallace came in, she took the time to understand our needs – she asked us questions about our likes and dislikes, looked around our condo and wanted to know what current furniture we would keep, what we would potentially get, what our style was, etc. Then we told her what we wanted and why – for example – wall oven and soaker tub (I have a bad back). When we were told by others that the wall oven would not work – Laura said – “we can make it work.” This was her attitude all throughout the process with us! She is very creative and did make it work and we have a fabulous kitchen – open and functional. She helped us pick the items for the remodel and gave honest opinions on colors/functionality – which was much appreciated. The contractors that worked on our job were just great. They are experts at their trades and we walked into a beautifully remodeled condo.

We thought the job went well, we are very happy with the results. Laura and team are extremely professional. She came up with a wonderful design, which solved all the storage problems we had with the bathroom. As a result, we have a very organized, working bathroom that we love. The people Laura uses are first rate, and she is very good at communicating with her clients whenever questions arise.

Fantastic! Laura and Jim-contractor were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, thorough, conscientious and clean. You can completely trust the crew to be in your home alone. Every issue was dealt with immediately and completely. Our final result truly exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation. There are cheaper options out there, but this is a prime example of getting what you pay for. The value here is the quality of the final product.

It went well. Always unexpected things (beam to be removed was support beam - found linoleum under old tile that had to be removed) come up - but handled professionally. All permitting, inspections, worker scheduling's (plumber, electricians, cabinet workers, counter installers etc.) done by Laura's team. When Laura says she is picky, that is an understatement. She had things adjusted that we hadn't even noticed. Very conscientious people. Excellent job - we are so pleased. And, Laura went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything…We love it.

There's plenty of personal attention and communications every step of the way. If there's a problem with anything after work performed, it is corrected in a timely fashion. As the remodeling process wore on, Laura was always only a text or call away to troubleshoot and follow up with any issues that popped up. From the gorgeous wood floors to the beautiful glazed cabinets to the massive granite covered island, I now have the beautiful, traditional kitchen of my dreams thanks to the expertise of Kitchen Designs by Laura!

All work was performed to high standards. Demolition and installation were coordinated to provide a smooth flow of work. Laura kept us up to date and made sure we made timely decisions. While the work was well budgeted, it never felt like we were being nickel and dimed for fine tuning the scope of work. This review has been a long time coming. But having never used a designer/contractor before Laura, I had no point of comparison. Now, I do. I've learned that the things I deem most important are expertise, communication, punctuality, workmanship, and cost. Laura and her team had all of this covered, and then some. From the day of my initial inquiry, she has responded promptly to any call, text, or email. Even now, if I were to text her a question, she'd respond within minutes (despite not having worked together in 2+ years!) If I recall, she met with me within days of my initial call ... and not because her calendar is wide open. Most times, she has multiple jobs going on, but she juggles them successfully. When I decided to work with her, she wasted no time. You know those times when you find yourself calling a business more than once, and you don't get the courtesy of a return call? This doesn't happen with Laura. If she can do the job, she will. If she can't, because of scheduling or because it's not her area of expertise, she won't (but will be quick to give a referral). Ultimately, she wants to make sure you get what's best for you. And she's honest enough to admit when Kitchen Design by Laura can't meet your needs. (She even helped me when I was ready to install flooring throughout the house, which had nothing to do with the kitchen remodel.) Throughout our entire project, Laura was extremely knowledgeable, honest in her opinions, and kept in touch with me to let me know exactly what was going on at all times. And because this was a complete remodel, her creative input was extremely valuable!! She is thorough without trying to upsell you on anything. In fact, not only did she work within my budget, I got soooo much more bang for my buck with her functional and beautiful design. The overall project went well, with no delays. Unlike most remodels, we ran into no problems (I do realize how lucky I was). The 1 minor hiccup was when the cabinet maker built a single trash can pull-out, versus the double can pull-out that was requested. It was resolved the next day. This was my first home purchase and was made not long after the death of my mother. I had a lot going on, financially and emotionally. Laura met all of my professional expectations, and handled the job with the level of sensitivity that I needed at the time. Kitchen Design by Laura comes with my highest recommendation for your design/remodel needs!

When I first purchased my beach condo, living out of town was an issue. Would it go well not being able to micro-manage over my project. At the end...I knew I hired the right company. From the first time I met Laura, she had a vision to see the changes that were necessary to make this condo updated and more enjoyable. Opening walls and a new layout for the kitchen was the first step. She helped me choose the cabinetry colors and went with me to the granite yard, tile store and also helped me with the plumbing fixtures. It all came together nicely. The Contractor was impeccable. The team was clean and always left the job site tidy. They showed up when he told me they would be here. I can't say anything negative about the whole construction process. I was very satisfied with my custom cabinets. The quality of the material that went into my project was very important to me and all the recommendations that Laura gave me showed that she knows her stuff. This company is top notch and I will continue to refer them to others and also will use them again if ever the need. Thanks to everyone on your team.

Was very hesitant at the beginning due to the cost and would it be a good investment and money well spent. The final product was first class and had greatly improved the value of the home. Had no idea how a new kitchen could be such a great improvement. My money was well spent and would highly recommend Laura and her excellent crew.

The overall project went as well as I could've expected. We experienced a two-month delay at the beginning because the city required exterior impact windows be installed and completed before the rest of my remodel could continue. Laura had warned me in her proposal before any work got started that this might be a factor that was not worked into her price. Once this was resolved the rest of the remodel went relatively smoothly. Her contractor, Jim, is top notch and only works for the owner/designer Laura. They had excellent communication with both each other and me during the entire process and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Anyone who thinks that they won't run into problems or challenges during a remodel is being unrealistic. It's about how your designer and contractor handle the challenges that shows their professionalism and I got great treatment from Laura and Jim in every case. When we did encounter something, they told me what was possible, if it was included in the overall cost, or that it simply couldn't be done. One example was that my shower indent niches had to fit within the exterior framing of the building despite that I wanted them placed differently. Jim also immediately contacted me when my washer and dryer that I had purchased didn't fit in the designated laundry space because I'd purchased units that were over-sized. He gave me my options and we ended up building out the wall at a minimal extra cost to accommodate my choice. I couldn't even tell afterwards that it'd ever been different. Jim even took responsibility when one of his workers tracked wax onto my carpet that I wasn't planning on changing out. Because they couldn't get the wax out, Jim installed new carpet in one bedroom and no additional cost to me. Laura came up with an ingenious redesign for my master bathroom and hall closet that had an absolutely awful initial layout when the condo was built. None of the other contractors I received bids from came up with anything close. It's such a smart use of space that I'm so grateful for. Finally, the job site was always neat and tidy. Even though I wasn't living in the unit during the remodel, it was always nice to walk into a clean space to check on the progress. They also took care of little extras like carrying my fireplace mantel up 3 flights of stairs when I was out of town. If you choose to go with Kitchen Design by Laura, you're going to get a great design, top quality and high-end products and finishes installed, and first-rate professional customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Laura is very professional and was always accessible whenever we had questions. She has installed many kitchens and it shows in her knowledge and recommendations. Our kitchen transformation is amazing and so beautiful! We would never have come up with the design on our own. Thank you, Laura!

This was by far the easiest contractor to work with. Laura came to the house for a walk through on what was needed to be done to repair walls and base board damage from a water leak in the kitchen and lanai room. She spent a couple of hours with us talking about what we needed and what we wanted. Several days later we were provided with a design which needed just a few tweaks She came to the house again with her van fully loaded with samples for us to choose from. Even before the contract was signed Laura discovered that the quartz counter we wanted was in short supply. She immediately went to her vendor and was able to secure our order. If she had delayed the project would have been several months behind schedule. The cabinet builder mailed 3 large samples of cabinet finishes and had matched the white I had chosen perfectly. Laura's work crew are the BEST! We live out of town, so it was up to the crew to move the furniture out of the lanai & living room - moving it to the back bedrooms or in the far corner of the living room. Everything was covered with plastic. They left the work area clean every night and made sure the house was locked and secure. The quality of their work is top notch - it is obvious that they take pride in what they do. The custom kitchen cabinets are beautiful, the install of the appliances perfect and the quartz counter top is fabulous. The work was completed on schedule, finishing up the last week in February. Upon completion the crew cleaned the area and moved the furniture back where they found it - something I was not expecting. After all the work was completed there was a very short 'to do' list of 5 items, mostly touch up painting.The site supervisor returned the same day to complete these items, went over even the smallest detail and corrected some things I had missed. We now have a kitchen with WOW factor. 2 very happy homeowners. Can't ask for anything better!

Everything went well! My kitchen looks beautiful. Laura gave me a time frame of when the job would be completed and I am very happy to say that she kept her word. I was lucky enough to have Laura Wallace redo my kitchen several years ago. The process was done on time and efficiently. The planning was so good that the process only left me out of a kitchen for about 10 days. And it was a complete makeover!  The kitchen came out so well that when it came time to remodel the master bath and facelift the guest bath I had no hesitation whatsoever in calling on Laura again. And again it was efficiently planned and executed. The crews were pleasant and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Kitchen Design by Laura. Both my projects came out beautifully. In 2012 I had to have major work done in my kitchen due to a severe water leak. Looking through advertisements. I came upon an add called Kitchen Designs by Laura. The van caught my eye. I called her number and she responded immediately. She came out and in less than 40 hours she e-mailed me a detailed estimate along with references. What a blessing she was. I stepped out of my front door and onto her large, beautiful van filled with samples. She guided me with my selections and brought samples right into the kitchen...saving me many hours of tiresome searching. Each worker came exactly on the day and hour that she told me they would be arriving. Each evening, upon leaving, everything was all cleaned up and ready for the next day's work. We also used her contractor to tear out our old Florida room, re-do the pool and lanai area. The workers she used were trustworthy, cleaned up after themselves and did quality work. Laura was very professional and responsive to our needs and completed the job in budget as promised. She gave me pages of names to call as references. I called numerous references and no one gave me a negative complaint.  If there were any problems, Laura got them worked out and didn't make it our problem. She is awesome and I wish my mom would have used her for her kitchen

It went very smoothly from start to finish They came in and demolished the entire kitchen, but left a refrigerator and microwave for our use and that is all that we needed as there is just two of us. The cabinetry was installed, the granite. the sink and plumbing and the appliances, the electrical, the final painting. Of course before all of this happened we sat down with Laura to pick out all of the materials necessary for the job. She was so helpful in choosing the right things for us and we were able to do allot of decisions through e-mail and over the phone. She would send web sites for us to use to choose lighting fixtures, hardware for the cabinets, you name it. We were very pleased with the work of all the people she chose to do the job. Everyone was very cooperative and they all worked very well together. They started in Jan. and it was complete in April. I love my kitchen and if I ever have anything else remodeled in our Condo we would definitely go with Laura, she is the best and very good to deal with.

Laura drew up the plans at our home, showed us different designs. She was very professional, easy to work with and once the work started, everything was done with quality material. I highly recommend her and her team.

All new cabinets and remodel of the pantry. The construction company that Laura used was really good. Everything went very smoothly. Was so pleased with the work on my kitchen that in March 2013 had Kitchen Design by Laura redo the cabinets in our three bathrooms. Only the Tile floor in master bathroom was replaced. Excellent workmanship.

When Laura first came out to my home, I had already seen 3 different kitchen companies and been to both home improvement stores. Not one of them came up with any original designs or ideas for me. Laura offered her opinion on storage solutions and to change things in my kitchen to make it more functional. I can say that it all works and I love my new kitchen. The project went smooth and the process was wonderful. Her contractor supervised over everything and answered all my worries and questions. They were clean and showed up on schedule. Remodeling can be exhausting. However the entire team was very accommodating to me and my pets and my schedule and worked to complete the project timely. I also had new Laminate flooring put in and the quality of the material is excellent. Laura talked me into the laminate to save money and get my guest bathroom remodeled with the savings. At first I was hesitant, though I went to see another project that had the same flooring I liked done recently and liked it. This flooring is so much like real wood and easy to clean. I love it. I FOUND LAURA WALLACE ON THE WEB. I CALLED 3 DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO GIVE ME QUOTES AND AFTER MEETING WITH ALL 3 CANDIDATES IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT LAURA WAS THE REAL DEAL. SHE INITIALLY LISTENED CAREFULLY TO WHAT I WANTED AND HOW MUCH I WANTED TO SPEND. SHE MADE SUGGESTIONS THAT CONFIRMED THAT SHE UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS. I HAD A VERY SPECIFIC LOOK I WAS GOING FOR. HER CREATIVE FLARE FOR DESIGN IS OUTSTANDING. SHE HELPED ME COME UP WITH A PLAN THAT WOULD BE WITHIN MY BUDGET AND YET PRODUCE A SPECTACULAR RESULT. I REALLY LIKED THAT SHE RESPECTED MY BUDGET AND DIDN'T TRY TO INFLATE THE PROJECT.ON THE CONTRARY, SHE PRICED IT OUT DIFFERENT WAYS TO COME UP WITH THE BEST AND MOST COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION FOR ME. SHE ALSO HELPED ME DECIDE WHERE TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY AND GET A LOT OF BANG FOR MY BUCK. LIKE PUCK LIGHTING AND GLASS FRONTS ON SOME OF THE CABINETS (NOT A VERY COSTLY UPGRADE BUT THE FIRST THING YOU APPRECIATE WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE CABINETS). THE WORK WAS DONE WHILE MY HUSBAND AND I WERE UP NORTH AND I COULD TRUST HER EVERY MOVE, AS IF I WAS DOWN HERE MYSELF. EVERYTHING WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HIGH END. BUT THE BEST PART? THE RESULT! MY KITCHEN IS A SHOWCASE KITCHEN AND THE FLOORS AND OVERALL REMODEL IS OUTSTANDING. THERE WERE A FEW DETAILS THAT I WASN'T HAPPY WITH AND LAURA WAS RESPONSIVE AND IMMEDIATELY WORKING TO CORRECT THOSE THINGS. MY KITCHEN COULD BE IN A MAGAZINE AND IT REALLY DIDN'T COST AS MUCH AS ANYONE WOULD THINK. HAS GREAT NETWORK CONNECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SARASOTA/BRADENTON AREA AND KNOWS HOW TO GET THINGS DONE COST EFFECTIVELY WITHOUT COMPROMISING QUALITY OR DESIGN. It was amazingly smooth. Each contractor was on time, very professional work, cleaned up each day and It only took 2.5 weeks and I had a completely remodeled kitchen which Laura designed to meet my needs, wants and desires. Laura listened to what I wanted, helped me decide (the choices are many) and guided me to items in my price range and within my styles. Working with Laura and her team was a great experience.

Laura has incredible knowledge as to what works and what doesn't work in kitchen design. She provided plans that gave us so much more storage space in what is a fairly small area. She provided the carpenter, electrician and plumber. Each and every one of them being very knowledgeable, expedient, dependable and kept the place very clean throughout the project. It came in at budget and was done on time. Laura really knows her trade. I highly recommend her.

Her contractors were very professional and did a wonderful job. We could not be happier in our new kitchen. The new laundry room is now using space that was not properly utilized before and the old laundry room is now used for storage

Laura did an amazing job working with us. We have had many contractors working on remodeling our house in the past. They were all bad and hard to work with. FL has a reputation for poor quality contractors. Laura and her team of professionals were Grade A. They were very easy to work with and would call or email us daily. The entire experience was great. We constantly get people that are amazed with the design and look of our new kitchen. Laura and her team made it very easy. I was so glad that Laura talked me into redesigning to get the best use of space. We paid $10,000 before for a remodel of our kitchen by Home Depot and I was never happy with the kitchen, so we called Laura for help. The new kitchen is a Chef's dream and works well for constant entertaining of guests. The Kitchen was worth every penny we paid. The leather granite; counter finish is great. I had about 6 kitchen design people look at my old kitchen, getting pricing and ideas. There was a closet in the kitchen with bi-fold doors, which I didn’t like. Laura was the only one that provided a good design solution. She said You take this wall out, slide the refrig down to cover the spot where the floor tiles would not match, gain three feet in counter space, put floor to ceiling cabinets in this area to the right of the refrig. This great idea not only made my kitchen bigger, it looks great. I am totally pleased.  The work could not have gone better. Entire project was completed in three weeks which I think is pretty impressive considering the kitchen was gutted. Laura's contractor demoed the kitchen, and installed/rebuilt everything except the cabinet installation. Laura's cabinet installer got the job down in 2 1/2 days. I could not be happier with my new kitchen.

First off, I want to say that when Laura tells you something...you can count on it. Every part of each project was done timely and with professionalism. I always refer her because I am confident that she will take good care of my friends as she did me. On my first project and on my last, the outcome was always the same. Design stage to Completion Stage was very controlled by Laura. She knew exactly how to pull my project together with all the cabinets, granite, backsplash and my beautiful lighting fixtures. We got so much more than we ever thought possible. Laura and her contractor, Jim, transformed our 1980's house into an open and contemporary home that we are proud to show off. They moved walls and relocated the appliances in our kitchen to create a plan that makes it feel much bigger and easier to use. Our master bathroom feels like a five star hotel. We now have a huge shower and a modern look that I just love. We would (and do)highly recommend them to our friends. Laura and Jim worked very well together, and with all their subcontractors. This team work made the remodel very easy on us. Everyone was polite and always showed respected for us and our home. It was totally worth doing!

Kitchen by Laura redesigned my kitchen from ceiling to floor. Laura herself did the redesign and provided me with many samples of cabinets, countertops, hardware for the cabinets and flooring options. She provided three design options for my small kitchen. The one I selected was friendly, satisfying, and suited my personality. The choices for the materials seemed overwhelming, but Laura carefully explained the advantages and the disadvantages of each possibility, i.e. do the surfaces clean easily, are they resistant to stains and damage. Laura did not do a hard sell. She let me weigh and consider my choices to be sure that I would be satisfied with the finished product.

We are thrilled with our beautiful remodel project! Laura Wallace is a consummate professional and a truly talented Designer. Her General Contractor and all subcontractors were very skilled in each of their perspective trades. She strives and accomplishes the very difficult task of coordinating all of them. Laura is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of design and construction. She worked with us on picking out all of the major materials, always making sure that whatever our taste was, we were directed to the best products suitable to our budget. She was accessible to us whenever we had questions or concerns, and addressed them promptly. Laura made our project an exciting and wonderful experience. I found Laura, the owner/operator to be excellent in listening and demonstrating all the different cabinet door choices. Very knowledgeable and passion about making sure that I got exactly what I had envisioned for my new kitchen to be. I would highly recommend Kitchens Designs by Laura, I had such a positive experience from start to finish. I felt like it was kitchen we were designing, so personal , which you hardly see these days.

When we first started to consider the kitchen rehab we struggled with what the new layout would look like. We had a small 8x10 galley kitchen that we wanted to open up to provide an open feel. Laura provided a design that we had not thought of and immediately met the look and feel that we wanted. Although we did some of the work ourselves (demo of old walls, electric and painting) it would not have turned out the same without Laura's insights and guidance. This is third property that we've worked with Laura and she made as easy at the previous two. Price was important as we had a strict budget. However we've learned that the lowest price when trades are involved can result in lesser quality and problems down the road. The cabinet maker came out several times to ensure that the fabricated cabinets would fit with some of the challenges we had from old plumbing issues that had been repaired. Laura worked directly with the cabinet maker/installer and helped resolved the minor issues that arise with custom made cabinets. There was never an argument. She also tracked down the recycled glass counter tops from a supplier 75 miles away that we feel in love with at Lowe's at a to high price point and worked with the fabricator to ensure NO seams!  It's was important to trust the trades that worked on our property and not have to worry about locking down the house. Everyone was professional and completed the work to our satisfaction. Most of all they showed up when they said they would. In Florida that's a bonus and helped ensure that our project was completed in a timely manner.

Completely new to the area, we met with several kitchen designers shortly after purchasing our home. We connected with Laura right away. She was creative, energetic and full of ideas. We had a lot of work we wanted done on a modest budget. We are admittedly 'particular' and were involved in every aspect of the project - from another time zone. We flew to Florida and Laura had appointments arranged with every vendor we needed to see from flooring, to granite, to construction each time we came to town. Due to our travel schedules we were not able to be present for any part of the construction. Laura managed everything for us and kept us informed. She was honest about our progress and straight forward about the pros and cons of some the decisions we made. One of our major decisions was the backsplash for the kitchen. I know Laura made MANY trips to our home which was well over and above the call of duty. We absolutely LOVE our remodeled home and are very pleased with the service provided by Laura Wallace. We will use her again for future projects.

Laura and her team are amazing. She came to our home, looked at a terrible 1970s master bath and immediately had great ideas to improve the space. She had samples on her van and seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for. She also had 3D imagines on her computer to show us different options for the renovations. Her team of carpenters and installers are second to none. From start to finish they were neat and ever mindful that a family lived in this house. They arrived when they said they would and completed the project on schedule. Our kitchen is next and I will only be making one phone call when we are ready and that will be a call to Laura.
