This Beautiful Siesta Key Water front home received a beautiful Renovated Kitchen that reflects the Homeowners Style and Personality. The existing kitchen, laundry room and powder bathroom along with new flooring was on the agenda list for the new renovation. After long discussions on use and desire of the new space, it was decided to keep most of the existing kitchen in the same foot print with making small modifications to create a much better floor plan for an updated Kitchen Remodel.

Relocating the refrigerator and removing the winged walls that house it now was a good move opening up for better storage and a much better task space for the homeowner. A new buffet area with lots of storage gives not only a beautiful focal point, the ambiance of the dimmable lighting in the glass cabinets with glass shelving showcases the homeowners beautiful stemware. Taller cabinets finishing off at 96" plus cove crown molding on top also offer a finished look for this new updated kitchen renovation. Beautiful off white cabinetry to match the homeowners taste softens the look and warms the home space.

Pulling these two areas together and tying them into the kitchen remodel makes the new entertainment space complete and to the homeowners style. Moda Del Mar Orleans Matte Ceramic Tile was used to create the face of the fireplace and used for the powder bathroom floors. An electric fireplace insert 74" wide with Dimplex Technology is used to create a beautiful and warm environment. Electric fireplaces have come a long way and these beautiful Dimplex technology electric fireplaces are perfect for ambiance lighting and artwork as well. Side cabinets for housing components replaces the older wall unit and ties the pieces together in this beautiful remodeled kitchen and living space.
