From the moment we met Laura from  Kitchen Design by Laura we knew we found the right person for our remodeling project. She was vibrant and full of ideas. Laura immediately envisioned an updated kitchen and two bathrooms in a way no other professional interviewed had done. The depth of her knowledge regarding design concepts, products, materials, etc. was apparent. Laura worked closely with us in our multi-decision-making process. She frequently sent us to internet sites regarding product descriptions to better acquaint us with our options. She met us at various showrooms to help us in our selections. She was ALWAYS available to us and returned every phone call within a short time (even on vacation). She was always upfront, honest and realistic with us.  The contractor employed by Laura was very professional and his team worked well together. They readily addressed any concerns that we had. Laura has a keen eye for workmanship and expected meticulous work from her team. If she was not completely satisfied with any part of the project she immediately had things corrected to her satisfaction.  Laura respected our budget constraints and stayed within them. She frequently provided us with written budget updates as agreed-upon additional expenses occurred. The time line of the project was successfully met.  Laura's good natured personality was a joy to work with. She often stated that she wanted us happy and happy we are beyond our expectations.
