TINY Downtown Sarasota Condo Kitchen Remodel

This Tiny Kitchen located Downtown Sarasota had a very closed off feel and lacked function and storage. By Opening up the space to make it accessible from the dining area, it created an illusion to be larger. It also gave way for less wasted storage and more functional storage. Now the Homeowner doesn't have to walk all the way around from the dining area and open the dishwasher behind them. Adding a pantry also increased the storage. 

NOTE: We needed to replace some tiles due to the fact the opening of the space. Pictures were taken before grout clean and stain.
