In this Sarasota Kitchen Remodel and Bathroom Renovation project, the list was extensive and included new kitchen, 2 bathrooms,  new flooring and lanai kitchen area. The kitchen had drop soffits and a dated closed off look even though it opened up somewhat to the adjoining living space and eat in breakfast nook. Laura redesigned the kitchen space keeping in mind the plumbing and electrical changes to keep the costs down and still provide a new kitchen layout. Removing the peninsular cabinetry opened up the space but also took away from some of the adequate upper storage this kitchen lacked. However, Laura Wallace is great at generating good storage options and included that in her new kitchen design plans. Lots of drawers, a pantry with rollouts along with a coffee bar and added storage makes up for the removal of the peninsular hung uppers. Beautiful white 3" Shaker with ogee trim doors at a beautiful look that is timeless and will carry this new Kitchen Renovation for years to come.

The Granite Countertops were selected on an outing to the granite yard.
