This Magnificent Home Remodel is located in Panther Ridge in Manatee County.

This Panther Ridge Home has been thoroughly remodeled from Floor to Ceiling and turned out Magnificent.

The kitchen - Removed the separation buffet cabinetry wall between the dining and the kitchen and opening up the entire space. 2 prep areas, gourmet appliances, butlers pantry with a desk area, Bar Area that will contain 2 beverage centers near the dining area that also doubles as a buffet area. The island seats 6 as well as the peninsular on the opposite side of the main sink also seats 6. All of this next to the newly designed dining area...plenty of seating for lots of guests and family. FINISHES INLCUDE:  Espresso finish on the island with white 3" shaker cabinets on surounding area , Silestone Calacatta Gold Jumbo Slab Quartz Countertops along with Thassos and Stainless Contemporary Back Splash stone up to the 12 foot tall ceilings with Lit Glass Uppers for additional ambience. 

New Fireplace area - Removal of the gas fireplace, adding a 100 inch electric Dimplex technology fireplace with white stone ledger tile.

New 18" x 36" porcelain travertine look tile throughout.

Master - Removal of the old shower and vanity areas. Restructuring of the space for better closet storage, Open shower with all digital system of body sprays, rain head, etc. Marble look Porcelain Tile with the same Thassos/Stainless accent tile surrounding the free standing tub and up the shower for some detail. Custom Closets enhance the space as well.

Master Bedroom Fireplace - Black Onyx Stone gives style to the 74" Dimplex electric fireplace makes for a beautiful and relaxing space to the Homeowners Retreat.

Jack and Jill and Guest Bathrooms have been readjusted and updated as well.
