Kitchen Design by Laura designed up a new space for these "Now" Full time Florida Snowbirds that helped them create a much more usable and productive kitchen with warm finishes and tons of storage options compared the closed off Kitchen that was once existing. In this design, the homeowner's unit was not large, but closed off from the living space. They wanted to have a more open feel and with more kitchen storage and casual dining built in to the kitchen. Removal of the Living / Kitchen wall that separated the space opened up the room with so much more light. An eat on island with function for drawers and prep space and huge buffet area gave way for a larger kitchen and omitted the need for a small dining area that crowded the space.

The 3" White Shaker Style cabinets keep the look on the transitional contemporary style and Covered with Beautiful Granite and glass backsplash tiles to bring out the medium tone greige finishes. In this remodel, The guest bathroom has an accent wall of porcelain tile that looks like glass and a 12 x 24 Venatto II porcelain base tile with a stone look shower floor. Bringing in the same custom cabinetry and granite top to the guest bathroom remodel gives this style a complete and finished look. Custom Framed Mirrors to match the cabinetry is also a nice finishing touch. This condo turned out lovely and is now ready for some Florida Fun.
