This Beautiful Lido Beach Condo Renovation turned out as a magnificent open space with a Beautiful Kitchen Make-over and Spectacular Master Bathroom Remodel that will bring so much joy to it's Owner. The Transitional Kitchen Remodel was the style suited perfect for this full condo Renovation. Carried throughout the space, it was important to embellish all areas of the unit to bring in that feel of elegance and style but not be stuffy and carry the Transitional feel of longevity for years to come. While working on this project, the homeowner specified their desire to open up the space as much as possible to create this beautiful new kitchen renovation. Working in condos can be tricky when you are trying to open up walls, follow pipe and drain lines, electrical and wiring, etc. Kitchen Design by Laura's professional teams of Licensed General Contractors know the ins and outs of condo remodeling and work alongside with the condo association to make sure all codes and criteria is met. Laura designed this space to be an entertainment area and Casual but Transitional Cabinetry created the Florida look for this spectacular Condo Renovation. Laura's design opened up the kitchen to create a large kitchen island that not only provided extra storage, but hosted for lots of island seating. The reverse island cabinetry with an overhang of granite for ample seating and lots of storage. In this plan we had to keep a post for electrical wiring which was incorporated in the large kitchen island plan. Bumping up the space that surrounded the post created a blocking point for walking in the unit to hide kitchen clutter. With all this space, hard to image that there wasn't a storage spot for everything. 

The Custom Kitchen Cabinetry hosts a beautiful granite called Honed Brown Fantasy or Honed Fantasy Brown by some suppliers. This Granite has a leathered granite finish, which is not shiny like high polished granite. It has beautiful graining and brings lots of color into the space. Resembling Ocean and Sand color tones to bring the outside in was a key point in this Kitchen Remodel. the hammered Apron Sink is a luxury item that also brings high class style and elegance into the Kitchen Design. Gourmet Appliances by Bosch makes this Kitchen renovation just stunning. Upper glass cabinetry brings ambiance lighting along with the undercabinet lighting for night time elegance. No Kitchen Remodel is ever complete without the proper lighting in both cabinetry and surrounding spaces. The back splash was kept simple due to the veining in the tops and the style of the beautiful wood flooring. Ceramic subway tile in a creamy beige/gray finish complimenting everything about this Kitchen Remodel.

The Master Suite Renovation turned out beautifully. With an elegant new layout including a steam shower with body sprays and a soak in jetted tub and full height mirrors...who could ask for a better retreat. Full Height Mirrors surround the space creating a larger layout in this Master Bathroom Remodel. Chrome finish plumbing fixtures with lighting cut out of the mirrors is also a treat when creating a custom finish to a Master Bathroom Design. 

The guest bathroom renovation was small and closed in because of a linen in the hallway. Using that space and opening it up in the guest bath gave a nice decorative shelving unit that changed the wall to something with decorating spacing.

The powder bath that is in the foyer is beautifully decorated with a vessel sink, new shower and outside the office area...notice the matching barn door to the island as it finishes of the newly remodeled entertainment space.

The wood flooring throughout the unit is Kahrs Artisan Collection in Oak Linen 7.5" Planks. Tile in the bathroom remodels is Highlands Porcelain.
