Fabulous Lakewood Ranch Country Club Remodel

This Lakewood Ranch Country Club Home was the pride and joy of the homeowners and they wanted to update it to bring longevity and a timeless clean look. The kitchen had a rounded and dated soffit that seemed to stand out and create an illusion that the only shape of island would be to match the soffit. Creating a squared off drop soffit and changing the island layout, we were able to keep the existing tile and use their few left over pieces to patch in areas of change. The new island has storage and function all around and seating as well. Upper glass cabinetry that is lit will enhance all decorative display as well as create a new and timeless look. White 3” shaker Cabinets with Stone Look Quartz and Arabesque Stone Backsplash create a clean and timeless look. 

The existing TV wall had a large window that reflected not much of scenery but ceiling views. The homeowner wanted a new area that would get rid of the dated drywall cutouts and Laura took this challenge to create a wall that gave not only a new ambiance electric fireplace, a TV area that didn’t reflect glare, book case and shelving to surround the fireplace all with ledger tile that brought the existing floor and the kitchen together.

The master bathroom was updated with a simple look that makes it more functional and open. White 3” Shaker Cabinets and White Quartz and Gloss Marble look Porcelain tile create a beautiful appearance of a spa like Master Bathroom Retreat
