Downtown Sarasota Condo Makeover

This Downtown Sarasota Condo needed a make over. The sun room off the kitchen was not large enough to have adequate use of the space. However, Converting the space to use as extra storage and a coffee area and removing the wall to the adjoining space with a peninsular did the trick to modernizing it with the maximum use of kitchen.
