In this beautiful Venice kitchen and bathroom remodel project, the homeowners desired a more open concept kitchen and a more inviting space to entertain guest and family. By opening up the space to the living area and using the dead space in the back of the existing kitchen, we were able to create a separate laundry room and storage space. This was a specific need of the homeowners and they were excited that were able to incorporate this for them in this kitchen remodel. 

Beautiful white cabinetry that were custom build specifically for the kitchen remodel in 3" shaker cabinet doors with tons of storage, including a two bin waste pull, lots of drawers, built in pantries with rollouts and deeper upper cabinets make way for great storage solutions. Even the peninsular created to appear to be a large island with seating has storage under the bar that can be accessed for hide away storage for those items not used on a regular basis. A matching dry bar area with glass doors on the end of the peninsular and a built in dining buffet is also a beautiful finish for this custom kitchen renovation. 

Beautiful Curava Quartz counter tops in Arctic bring in the ocean and the colors that the homeowner wanted in their kitchen renovation. An undermount 16 gauge sink by miseno and a kohler one hole pull spray faucet and matching soap dispenser gives a convenient and useful sink area in this kitchen remodel. Beautiful glass tile back splash with the same colors that are in the counter top pulls out the glass in the Curava  Arctic Quartz. Stainless steel appliances, including a stainless hood match the very stylish brushed nickel cabinet hardware in this kitchen renovation.

Beautiful wood floors are expertly installed in this venice high rise condo that brings the sand color from the beach below. The new beautiful view of this kitchen remodel goes on and on with the large slider doors that open to the Gulf of Mexico below. 

The Master Bathroom Remodel is just another portion of this kitchen and bath renovation. With a switch up of Maple Espresso cabinet doors, the look totally changes to a more furniture feel. The old dated bathroom needed to revamped by moving a doorway and small closet down further providing more cabinetry space and a more accessible bathroom. Kitchen Design by Laura worked with the homeowners special needs to provide a semi handicap use shower equipped with two shower areas and a sit down handicapped are for easier showering in this master bath renovation. Beautiful blue glass tile is placed on the long back wall of the shower to create a nice accent wall to the shower renovation. The same tones were brought into the guest bathroom to replicate the look in this master and guest bathroom renovation.
